Chloé Arsenault currently holds the position of Social Media Officer for the WISE Sudbury Chapter. Chloé, a 21-year-old from Sudbury, Ontario, recently completed her studies as a civil and mining engineering technician. Her decision to pursue a career in the mining industry was inspired by her family's longstanding involvement in the sector. Chloe holds the distinction of being the first woman in her family to venture into a mining career. As women continue breaking barriers in traditionally male-dominated fields, Chloe actively engages in pageantry, gracefully balancing two symbolic hats—a crown and a hard hat—to represent her diverse experiences. Throughout her pageant journey, she underscores the importance of applying her platform and serving as a role model for women in male-dominated professions. Committed to the cause of "Tiaras and Trades," Chloe challenges stereotypes, affirming that women can excel professionally while embracing their femininity. One unique aspect of Chloe’s narrative is her hands-on approach—she personally welded her own tiara. Her mission is to demonstrate that pursuing a trade career does not diminish one’s identity as a woman.
